These exercises continue to allow me to exercise my thighs and legs but considering that it comprises somewhat more endurance-dependent exercises it doesn't cause the strain that exacerbates the hemorrhoid flare-ups. Better yet they supply a fine mixture of aerobic, power and range of motion. Great for hemorrhoids!
