We've purchased a "HOSTED PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE" from OpenStore some time ago. We've been told on several occasions that they only provide a hosting service and basic support for the open source ecommerce platform known as PRESTASHOP!
I can understand where they come from as PRESTASHOP is open source and anyone with some programming background can tweak the store to do great things.
There are certain things that I expect from a hosting company and one it to reply to a customer's support tickets. Currently we have a support ticket pending for the past 6 days...WHAT IS PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THIS.
OPEN STORE is ghosts...they cannot be contacted...the website is under construction...honestly as a hosting company wouldn't you just create a website on one of your servers before removing the other site...

Date: 28/09/2012I am currently using openstore but I wouldn't recommend it. According to their staff, everything is hard coded so they can't change anything. Don't believe in their sales staff. They promise everything but then nothing can be done.
