I haven't dealt with Option Wealth as a client. Option wealth was my client where I did some drafting work for their new office layout. I believe that my service was as prompt as possible. I delivered the floor layout in a timely manner and then the revised plan same day I got the mark-up for the first draft.
When you give a client your time and aim to deliver in a timely manner, the least you expect is a responsive client!
Payment hasn't been received, and no responses from them! The plans were sent to them ~3 weeks ago and since then no more responses to emails and messages. These guys are supposed to be a big company with well established business structure.
I know no one monitors their emails since I'm not getting any responses, but not sure if anyone monitors these reviews, if anyone does, Pay the invoice!!!

Very professional company and helpful staff. Showed my partner and I things we could do to save lots of money on our home loan and tax and now it looks like we can retire earlier than previously thought. What a relief!

Re-financed our home with Rebecca Boss from the team at Option. She was pleasant and smart and we ended up saving a lot of money in the long term. Thanks to Bec and the whole team :)

I went to a seminar hosted by Option Wealth which was very informative and the presenter was great. Afterwards a member of their team met with my husband and I in our home and helped show us the path we were on for retirement. Since then I have referred my sister and brother-in-law and they were just as happy with the service.

Nothing but good things to say about the team and their service. Yes there were a few hiccups along the way, however the staff were prompt in attending to these and made the whole experience a comfortable one.

This is a CAUTION! I have know Paul Hanna for many years. He has skills and knowhow in the world of personal finance, of this I am certain. However, I am sad to say I have had an experience with him that draws his integrity into question. We made an investment with a company of his in the value of 2 million AUD, it was backed by his personal guarantee. To date we have seen absolutely no return. Our funds were moved from the proposed development project to a much larger and riskier project without our knowledge or consent. Please beware, feel free to contact me if you want to know more.
