We are a family business dating back to the 70’s with over 80 years of full time hands on experience as builders between us.

We meet our enquiring customer on their chosen block of land, or we meet to discuss land choices and if necessary research the availability of land through our network.

Most customers have chosen a block of land for fundamental reasons; schools, sports, shops, work and the general amenity of the area. Often a customer has bought a site because it felt right.

We allow your chosen block of land to take the lead role of guiding us to develop a design based on what it tells us, perhaps almost dictating what is ideal for you. The Sun’s path during a cold winter’s day or a very hot summer’s day is important to us. We consider that many designers do not get this right and do not put the effort in to make it work. Clients are somewhat ignorant of how important this can be and are focused on more tangible obvious features that stand out.

Whilst you will define the guidelines of what appointments you require, your chosen site is paramount to what can be achieved for you.
