athletic greens
I take some cottage cheese with apple and some walnuts (or pancakes! Look here for a delicious recipe!). For lunch I often take rice or sweet potato with athletic greens chicken and vegetables (vegetables may unlimited, but I must confess that I am addicted broccoli). At 15:00 again a snack (some wheat pancakes or banana bread). Before my workout whey isolate shake and necessary supplements (what they are and why you can read here) and after.
