In 30 minutes I achieve more in the kettlebells and tabata classes than I do in 60 minute classes I have attended at other gyms. Trainers are approachable, will adapt exercises for beginners and offer personal training. Trainers also pass on lots of information about exercise during classes. Probably a good idea to talk to a trainer before starting classes if you are really unfit, but definitely suitable for moderately to super fit people.
