Thank you for a lovely day! It was good experience for us and next time it should be much easier. You did a great job and I really loved it all of these pictures. Unfortunately good art needs good money and we could not paid for all of these. (So happy about the ones we could have). Still we had such a lovely memories and these pictures on our mind :). Thank You for that.
Can t wait to put these pictures on my bedroom wall!

Hi, I'm the business owner and I'm posting a review here as this site does not allow me to respond directly to other posts. I'm responding to the review on 14/03/14, by an anonymous user. To be clear, this person was told prices on the phone and before placing her order. Sample prices are also available on our website and prices are displayed in our studio waiting room. She placed a large order and contacted us the next day to reduce her order, as she felt that she had overcommitted. We accommodated her request and she initially agreed to come back to the studio to change the order, but then cancelled her appointment and made a bizarre demand that we give her digital copies of all of the images for free. Most of this review is simply untrue, and completely fabricated. She has attempted to post it to other review sites, where it has been removed as the moderators rightly deemed it malicious.

Craig made me feel wonderful and comfortable. I had a ton of fun during the shoot, and suprised myself too. Viewing the photos i was gob smacked by how awesome they looked. I picked up my first print of the photos today and they are gorgeous-I can't wait to get the rest. I have never felt more proud of myself, special or beautiful. Thanks for everything xx

Gee. Possibly one of the worst situations I've gotten myself into. I entered a competition these guys had advertised on Facebook for a free shoot and 'won'. I couldn't get any info from them on the phone about the cost of prints and there was nothing on the website so I figured I'd just see how it goes, I had the intention of buying a few prints depending on the cost. After being pampered all day and feeling pretty good, Craig took me into his sales room and gave me very little options for prints (as if he chose before hand what HE wanted ME to buy) and didn't allow me and my partner to talk about the purchase alone before signing anything.
Long story short he signed me up for a $4000 payment plan for something I never wanted, I tried to tell them I couldn't afford such a thing the next morning but after some backwards and forwards emailing they wouldn't allow me to change my order without coming into the Studio, as they don't open on weekends and me working full time made this very difficult. They got very offended when I said I didn't want the prints at all (after all, Craig chose it, not me) and threatened to continue the debits knowing full well I couldn't afford the product.
I eventually had to get consumer affairs involved and the studio reluctantly agreed to cut my order in half.
It was a complete hassle, I had to borrow money from a relative to keep me from going in debt for the stupid prints. And now I have 10+ photos of myself I don't know what I'm suppose to do with.
I wouldn't even send my worst enemy there. Probably great service if you've got the big bucks but I was very disappointed by the whole experience.
The funny thing is I was already considering coming back one day come until they tried to take advantage of me, I hope the sale was worth it.
In future they should be more clear with their 'competitions' and.. INFORM THE CUSTOMER OF THE PRINTS PRICE RANGE!!!!!!!!
