I assist them to improve the relationship they have with themselves, which in turn leads to improved relationships with othersTherapy is a very personal and individual experience it is a journey of self-discovery, acceptance and growth. As a therapist I am there to help facilitate the process, but it is the client who chooses the direction and progress of the therapy.
