Dr. Joseph
Perlman has an impressive educational background, having obtained his
undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his M.D. degree from
Brown University. He completed his residencies in General and Vascular
Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in 1981 and Plastic Surgery at Baylor
in 1984. Dr. Perlman further honed his skills through fellowships in
Microsurgery and Hand Surgery.
