Sanderson Constructions

When I look back at 2020 and 2021 I think of a global pandemic, multiple lockdowns, death of loved ones and family pets, the stress of completing a masters degree, the terrible injuries I suffered in an accident that caused me to almost lose my foot and nothing comes close to the absolute stress of having to deal with this incompetent company. We were assured when we signed on with them that this would be an easy build with what was a simple extension that would take no longer than 3 to 6 months. Over two years later we found ourselves at the DBDRV trying to sever ties with Sanderson as the stress was impacting on the physical and mental health of our family. Ironically the only time anything ever seemed to move along during those awful 2 years was when things went into strict lockdown so we would be trying to work from home while tradesmen (finally) showed up and worked on the site. Inspections frequently failed. The roof was redone 3 times, the stairs were incorrect and we had to wait months for them to be replaced. The site was rarely cleaned up despite frequent requests to do so and was a constant hazard (and the site of my accident) tradespeople disappeared mid job only to be replaced months later by completely different people. All of the windows were cleaned using the incorrect products and as a result they are all terribly scratched and need to be replaced. A single bifold door was installed by at least 5 different companies. I could go on and on, this is just a small sample of the issues we had, but frankly this has taken up enough of my life. I wish I could give less than one star but unfortunately it’s not an option. I hope to never see anyone from this company ever again.
