Topsmak Bakery
Our bakery items are made of Rye which contains enough gluten to richly flavored bread items that have enticing taste. Yeast is used to allow natural fermentation of the sour dough. This results in the easier digestion of our bakery products. No artificial flavorings, no sugar added, no colour added and enhancers are included as part of our bread-making process.
