Date: 09/08/2021Matt from Croydon yard taking advantage of lockdown and not being able to inspect the car ourselves. We were told we could pay a refundable holding deposit subject to an inspection. We received report back from MTa and raised our concerns. Matt was unwilling to negotiate on price and is now refusing to refund our deposit. We have lost nearly $900 through this company's bad business practices

Date: 23/05/2019The worst place to buy a car!!! I would NEVER recommend to anyone! car broke the SAME day I bought it and they were complete rude, disrespectful and told me they were “doing me a favor” by fixing it!!!!!!! Unprofessional, this place should be closed!

I have an ongoing issues with the vehicle I purchased from them 6 weeks ago and ofcourse the owner / proprietor “ Gary “ is making my life, my business and my clients children in jeopardy - he has no duty of care!!!
Every few weeks there’s something wrong with the vehicle... flat battery, car remote flat battery and so on!!!
And to top it up the rudeness and unprofessionalism that Gary has shown with no sympathy is a complete disgrace!!!
If will be a great help if I hear your experience from them as at this stage I am filing a legal actions against their company and put forward a complaint to the department of Consumer Affairs, NSW Fair Trading and ATO ( tax evasion ).
Btw Gary - I highly believe your statement is complete false!!! “ strive on professionalism and excellence on providing customer service???! with what ??? road unworthy vehicle and comes with your big smartass mouth!
