Yangwha Global Pty Ltd is an Australian overseas placement agency and we are partnered with Bison Management Corporation and YWA Human Resource Corporation. We help them stop battling high turnover, absenteeism and worker shortages that cost their business every day. We help them break this costly, frustrating and time consuming cycle. Clearly understanding our client’s business and the skills needed in the job to be filled is our specialty. We search through thousands of resumes both in public, private and proprietary databases to find applicants with the skills and experience to meet our employers’ needs. We develop an interview program to clearly define the applicants’ capabilities, including customised testing on your behalf. At Yangwha, we strive to offer the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction. We independently verify an applicants’ educational and work history. Our sister company, Yangwha Visa, handles all of our visa work in house, so you have a single point of contact and accountability throughout the deployment process. Through regular communication we keep you informed throughout the process. Our clients regularly refer us to their associates and come back again and again. Whilst we are a company that is very much aware of the importance of marketing our services, we are also of the opinion that if we get the product right our company will prosper and this is why the Managing Director, Mike Smith, and the greater part of Yangwha is based close to our supply line, i.e., in the Philippines and not in Australia.

Date: 01/12/2015i do agree on points 2,3 and 4.But i don't relaly think that dating, or getting in some support club would do any changes in anyone's life path! What i mean is that, taking positive steps is the most important part in making dreams come true. Best Regards,A.O {MrStrider}
