The theory behind this business is to value add to what the farm produces so that we can make the farm viable and the commodity that we produce less susceptible to the vagaries of market forces. By being vertically integrated on the farm we have great quality control and can produce what we like and what the market is asking for. We are not bogged down in the inefficiencies of big companies. We are a business where people can actually talk to the owners / operators.
