Date: 30/03/2014Hi JonathonJust spent the last week working thguorh your Intro to Blender tutorials and have to say credit where credit’s due! Absolutely brilliant mate! This program is the tool of choice for an MSc I’ll be starting next year and although I’m proficient with Photoshop, couldn’t grasp the basics of Blender until I saw your tutorials. You’ve somehow managed to extract all the basic tools and functions for anyone to get going in a very short time. My only question is about Rendering the animation. Did a very basic 60 second clip moving and rotating the cube and selected AVI Codec as the output. Scene played fluently in VLC Player but total length was only 2 secs. Any ideas why as I can’t work this one out for myself? Thanks so much…
