Meeting your appointment times would be helpful. I understand that weather etc can cause problems and delays, but after waiting 10 days for an appointment, to have that cancelled due to weather and despite tech saying he would come back the next day, being phoned by their office to be told we had to wait another 7 days for another appointment, only to have that cancelled for another reason and told to wait another 7 days?? No thanks. When I said this had already been rescheduled twice I really felt like nobody gave a damn. Do you only have one repair technician??? I was able to book another company to come 5 days after I called. They were very pleasant to deal with from start to finish and I was very happy with the job and the price. I have used your company for several years but my loyalty meant nothing to you. Lesson learnt my end, you are not the only company in town.
