ARC Group are committed to providing high standards of agricultural risk management, loss adjusting and consulting services.Don McDougall as Director heads ARC Group with the support of his efficient and dynamic consultant and administration team. Don has been performing the role of the Senior Agricultural Loss Adjuster in the company, including:

- Investigation of claims arising out of agriculture and related industries

· Assessment quantification of losses arising from such claims

· Supervising a team of 4 loss adjusters/investigators

· Training of clients in complaint handling procedures

· Advising clients on risk management procedures

ARC Group is also involved in advising, or assessing losses of individual farmers involved in broad acre farming, row cropping, tree crops, livestock and aquaculture. This requires knowledge of a broad spectrum of cropping and farming practices and the specific knowledge of individual crop types and varieties.
