My Solution Training is Offering quality training on a wide range of Nationally Recognised qualifications. My Solution Training was established as we saw a need for quality one-on-one training on real size mining machinery. We understand how nervous some people are about their capabilities and wanted them to learn in a relaxed atmosphere with trainers who are genuinely nice people. All our staff are here to enhance your learning experience and to ensure that you receive the best training / mentoring possible.

We have over 40+ years experience in mining and over 15+ years in training and assessing. The course is not only designed to give you the knowledge and skills to be able to operate the machinery, but the belief in yourself that you have the ability to enter the mining sector. Our motto is “Let My Solution be Your Solution” and we stand by that motto. We also provide in-depth safety training for mining in our S11 Induction. This course is run weekly and provides a 5 year Statement of Attainment upon completion. Once training is complete, we offer post-training support to guide you through:- where / how to look for jobs, who to apply with, how to apply, mine ready resumes etc., so what are you waiting for?
