I get maybe fourteen sixty grams of protein and it's not and one you know I may get periods of protein after from after workouts movie and then I might make it fifteen to twenty minutes more later during the day now maybe another fifteen to twenty grams later and then when I get from my regular fruits you know my non-profits and uh... the greatest they includes needs it's just like it's not a lot uh... you don't need a lot of protein to build mass contrary to popular belief I know in the past like they used to say... one to one half grams per pound of bodyweight body weight but in college I was supposed to be not so actually doing more and it hurts it hurts deliberately hurt securities.
