Date: 09/07/2012Structurally, the house is perfect and very well built. There were reertns in it the last couple of years that totally messed up the house, and the owner had it repossessed. We got it cheap and are having fun tearing rooms down to the studs and rebuilding things the way we want. It will be amazing when we are done, and worth over double of what we paid for it
